**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server Feature Pack * * for Communications Enabled Applications * * ( CEA ) users of Session Initiation * * Protocol (SIP) container. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The SIP contianer didn't support a * * proxy scenario where the application * * proxied a request to a different * * transport. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** SIP container set the Route header to the incoming listening point. If the application switched transports the Route header should reflect that.
Problem conclusion
SIP container now supports RFC 5658 which will add two Route headers, one for each transport.
