Error description

• Issuing EXPLAIN generates messages ANL1009W and ANL0003T and
  error msg DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104, ERROR:  ILLEGAL SYMBOL ")"
  on the following SQL statement in DBRM ;
  
  DECLARE CSR1 CURSOR FOR
    (SELECT ... FROM T1,T2,... WHERE ...)
    UNION ALL
    (SELECT ... FROM T3,T4,... WHERE ...)
    ORDER BY ...
  
  The first parenthesis of the first UNION leg is stripped off,
  then the statement goes wrong as below;
  
     SELECT ... FROM T1,T2,... WHERE ...)
    UNION ALL
    (SELECT ... FROM T3,T4,... WHERE ...)
    ORDER BY ...
