CCRC it truncates the end of a field label

Korean locale, CQ UCM field labels have a slighter larger
font size.? This sometimes leads to truncation of some label
names.

Problem conclusion

A fix is available in ClearQuest 7.1.2.11 and 8.0.0.7.
