  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The APAR fixes next internal problems:  *
  *                      1.Panel BSNWCNTL has been replaced by   *
  *                      panel BSNPCNTL. Module BSNWCNTL has     *
  *                      has been changed to use the new panel.  *
  *                      2.Internal product macro has been       *
  *                      fixed and programs that use this macro  *
  *                      have been recompiled - to avoid random  *
  *                      values of internal variables.           *
