Local fix

• Customers have reported that compare one database at a time or
  not use the IGNORE feature circumvents the symptom.
  

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************

  *                 PARTITIONS function and include              *
  *                 index to partitioned index                   *
  *                 comparisons.                                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The limitkeys for table spaces          *
  *                      were empty because of IGNORE            *
  *                      PARTITIONS function logic.              *
  *                      A simple index was compared             *
  *                      to a partitioned index because          *
  *                      the index type was ignored.             *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  The comparison of the empty limitkeys received an
  ONCODE=350 because processing of the limitkey used
  an index of 1 to process the limitkey. The index of 1
  exceeds the length of the limit keys.

• Problem has been resolved.
