PM15477: IF A UDC COLUMN IS EQUAL TO TARGET VALUE, SCORES DON'T CALCULATE PROPERLY

Error description

• If a udc column is equal to target value, scores don't calculate
  properly??I defined a KPI with user defined columns. ?I set the
  Score calculation  for this KPI to "Below target is positive"
  and "Set target boundaries   ?with user defined values". ??The
  calculation setting is "great than or equal to UDC1 is red" ,
  "less than UDC1 and great than Target is        ?yellow" and
  "less than an equal to Target is green". ?See attached.
  ??The issue here is when the UDC1 and Target are equal and
  actual value   ?is less than both of them, the score indicator
  will show yellow instead ?of green.
