PM14941: UNABLE TO OPEN EXCEL 2000 SAVED REPORT OUTPUTS IN COGNOS 8.4.1

Error description

  • Client upgraded their Cognos content Store From Cognos 8.2 to
Cognos 8.4.1 with saved report ??output versions. Client have
Many Excel 2000 saved outputs in Content Store. When Client try
to ??open those Excel 2000 files, Client gets following error:
??DPR-ERR-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your
administrator.?The complete error has been logged by CAF with
?SecureErrorID:2010-03-11-14:07:30.587-#3??Client have followed
the steps from Install and configuration guide:
