    User ran two CONCURRENT COPY utility jobs on single,
  different partitions of the same partition-by-growth (PBG)
  table space at the same time.
    In another case, a user ran an image COPY job with
  SHRLEVEL CHANGE and a QUIESCE utility job on single, different
  partitions of the same partition-by-growth (PBG) table space
  at the same time.
    Although both of these are allowed, the second job to start
  in either case received MSGDSNU180I (UTILITY NOT COMPATIBLE)
  and ended with rc8.
    This occurred due to incorrect logic in utility
  serialization code for PBG objects.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was added to QUIESCE and CONCURRENT COPY utilities to
  allow appropriate concurrency when they are run on partitions
  of a partition-by-growth table space.
