PM14776: THE DBRC API INTERFACE DEFAULT VERSION WAS NOT SET FOR V9 OF IMSCAUSING ABEND 0C4

Error description

• The DBRC API interface default Version was not set for V9 of IMS
  causing abend 0c4. It was picked up at assembly time, for
  V11, it needs to be set to V9.

  Update calling parameters for RPID function on the STARTDBRC
  marcro.
  

Problem conclusion

• RPID function im IMSRE did not have a VERSION=1.0 parameter
  specified in the STARTDBRC macro.
