Error description

• After APAR PM04643, it is possible to encounter an ABEND32E
  Rsn=11C if using the Publisher API.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After APAR PM04643 it is possible to    *

  *                      using the Publisher API.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This APAR is correcting the following problems:
  1. After APAR PM04643 it is possible to encounter an Abend 32E
  Rsn=11C if using the Publisher API.
  2. IMS Connect allows SMEMBER=, in the configuration member
  but the CEX Parser fails with message FUN2218F when
  SMEMBER=, is specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above problems:
  1. Changed CEXAPMT1 to properly issue STIMERM to avoid abend
  32E.
  2. Changed the CEX Parser to allow SMEMBER=, in the IMS
  Configuration member.
