Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS DDL line command issues
  the message:
  ADB1822E No sysviews row found for Create Materialized Query
  Table
              Reason code = 4
  ADB1646E Run will terminate
  when issued against a Materialized Query Table/MQT
  GEN will issue the same message and the following additional
  messages:
  ADB1863E No systabauth row found for 'Grant table/view
  privileges'
              Reason code = 4
  ADB1873E Processing ended but not all supplied catrows were used
              Reason code = 24

  When using the DDL or GEN line commands on panel ADB21T against
  a partitioning MQT to show its DDL or SQL, the DB2
  Administration Tool for z/OS fails with error message:

  additional messages:
  
  ADB1863E No systabauth row found for 'Grant table/view
  privileges'

Problem conclusion

• The program has been modified to support partitioning on a
  materialized query table.
