PM14009: AJAX PROXY DOES NOT PARSE DYNAMIC POLICIES CORRECTLY

Error description

• The AJAX proxy configuration allows for policies to be
  instantiated dynamically, using a template that is filled with
  parameters from the WebSphere Portal Configuration Service.
  Depending on the length and number of such dynamic policies, it
  is possible for the AJAX proxy to run into problems reading and
  instantiating these policies.
