PM14003: [UPGRADE] PROMPTED REPORT WITH MACRO FAILS TO RUN OR VALIDATE AFTER UPGRADING FROM 8.1 TO 8.4 WITH OUTOFMEM ERROR

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Report runs fine in 8.1 - prompt screen appears in
  seconds.?Upgrade to 8.4 and try to validate or run report and it
  just keeps spinning - prompt page never appears.  Able to
  generate SQL for both queries in report so does not look like a
  SQL generation issue.  Still occurs with 8.4.1.??After 35
  minutes in 8.4 got the following
