  This results in wrong portlet references, if a template is

  The same problem occurs when restoring a legacy backup or

• Template wires do not get set up correctly for legacy templates.
  This results in wrong portlet references, if a template is
  created from the application. The same problem occurs when
  restoring a legacy backup or during migration.
  

Problem conclusion

• Wires are now created correctly so that templates created
  from the applications contain the wires, which in turn results
  in correct linkage of of portlet and business component when a
  new application gets created.
