  Error message for Policy Services Rule IBM.SEGM_SPREAD.10 is
  incorrect - the text is corrected. An maintenance part-
  BSN00002-is created with the updated rule. To install the rule-
  go through Install Maintenance process:
  1.Start TSO client for policy servicies
  2.Select Plex and Domain.
  3.Go to maintenance environment main menu.
  4.Use option 7  - Domain and environment management
    to create a new maintenance environment from the operation
    environment.
  5.Use option 6 - Maintenance management to install the new
    maintenance part BSN00002. Go through full process
    of customization of cloned rules and impacted policies.
  6.Use option 7 to promote the customized maintenance environment
    to operation environment.
  

Problem conclusion

• Install the APAR, then install the maintenance part BSN00002
  in Policy Services environment.
