Error description

• In DB2 Query Monitor Operational Summaries, Unknown SQL type is
  displayed for DB2 v10 workloads that use CREATE/DROP ROLE MGR.
  
  Also, the CREATE PERMISSION SQL text shows as a CREATE MASK call
  type.
