• ABENDU0384 RC07 is issued by FRXMSTR0 due to timing issue with
  shared ECBs.

  DRF DID NOT CLEAN THE RECONS AND LEFT THE AUTHORIZATION FLAG ON.
  DRF sometimes fails to clean up the RECONS at shut down due to
  a timing problem. This can result in messages
