APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Suppose you're bulk transitioning some CRs and you click the
  link for a dialogless transition. You'd expect the transitions
  to occur and to see a response. What instead happens is there's
  an intermediate transition staging dialog (showing just CR ID
  and Status attributes) in which you have to click the transition
  button. This is an extra, unnecessary step that should be
  eliminated.
