APAR status

Error description

• Suppose you've chosen 'Apply' for the 'How should
  dialogless transitions treat show dialog attributes?' field in
  the CR process (prior to 5.2.0.2.04, this setting didn't exist,
  but the product behaved as if the value were 'Ignore').
  
  State X has required attributes on the show dialog, and
  transition X2Y is dialogless. You go to bulk
  transition a couple of CRs in state X  to Y. Since this
  transition is non-interactive, what should happen is the
  transition should succeed for the CRs in which the required
  attributes are present, and should fail in those where the
  required attributes are absent.
  
  What actually happens is the transitions all succeed, even if
  the required attributes are absent, because the constraint isn't
  enforced. Note that the APIs should likewise be enforcing this
  constraint.
