Error description

  • Customer is seeing a issue where they have a Attribute type with
URL link which is not getting redirected correctly if it has (h
tpp:\\ or https:\\) in the front. RequisiteWeb seems to be autom
atically appending http:\\ to the link.

The Workaround is to use the url without http:\\ but this will n
    ot work if https:\\ required.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Open project.
    2. Create Attribute with type of URL Link.
    3. Create Requirement and put in a url in the attribute like (ht
    tp://www.ibm.com/)
    4. Open RequisiteWeb and go to the requirement.
    5. Click on button to launch URL from attribute.
