PM12876: KO2STORB+54C ABEND0C3 STORAGE MANAGER - CRITICAL ERROR

Error description

• Dump Title: STORAGE MANAGER - CRITICAL ERROR
  ABEND0C3 KO2STORB+54C (at PM03207 level) intentionally caused
  when an error in a storage header (SHDR) was detected.  KO2CT2SA
  was processing THREAD DETAIL information at the time the call to
  KO2STORB was made.  KO2STORB searched for allocated storage,
  found it and pointed to its header.  The storage header did not
  point to the user storage because of an overlay.  This overlay
  was caused by KO2CT2SA moving data using a length that was too
  large.

  A recursive abend with the same dump title as above occurs. Fix
  is included to only allow sdumpx invocation per STC address
