• Quickr Admin console UI uses the public REST API provided by
  Portal to retrieve places information on the server. The place
  that is currently being restored on the server, does not yet
  appear in the list of places.

  that is currently being restored on the server, does not yet
  appear in the list of places.
  

Problem conclusion

• Applications / places that are currently being restored, are
  now returned in the application feed. These entries do not have
  a render reference into Portal.
