  APAR PM12247 fixes the following defects in WebSphere
  Application Server V6.1 for z/OS:

  PM05954 Iehs war module is incompatible with other osgi apps
          after pk78917.
  PM05955 When mapping a shared library to an application there is

  PM05963 Nullpointerexception error may occur after a jax-rpc
          handler is deleted.
  PM05974 Cwsic8007e exceptions occur in a bus with multiple
