PM11973: VARIOUS USABILITY FIXES FOR DB2 UTILITIES ENHANCEMENT TOOL

Error description

• This APAR distributes the following fixes:
  
  1) LOAD utility job may hang upon restart if extended
     syntax is used
  
  2) Failure to correctly block threads with
     REBUILD INDEX (ALL) TABLESPACE utility statement
  
  3) When the required authority for UET STC ID is revoked
     while UET STC is running, a repetitive -904 SQL error
     message and excessive CSA memory consumption can occur
  
  4) Suppress thread blocking for UET DB2 objects
  
  5) UET STC terminates when TRACE_SIZE = 0 and
     "/F,DISPLAY TRACE" command entered
  
  6) UET fails to select thread for non-partitioned objects
     if only DATABASE filter is specified
  
  7) UET syntax parser fails to process POSITION(*+n:n)
     structure for LOAD utility
  
  8) When the UET syntax parser encounters an extended syntax
     keyword immediately following a LOAD utility keyword that
     contains parentheses, unbalanced parentheses can result
  
  9) UET STC can terminate when single-digit WTO ROUTCDE is
     entered via ISPF Dialog Option
     "Control Utilities Enhancement Tool System"
  
  10) UET Extended Syntax VALUEIF (Load utility) may fail if
      column name specified in VALUEIF clause
  
  11) Customization results in Policy member containing X'05'
      in leading bytes of indented lines
  
  12) ABP-973 - Add APAR level to message ABPS0019I
