PM11899: vertical text is rotated so that the individual characters appea r horizontally

Error description

• Problem
  Text in a chart that came from Excel which has a legend in which
   the text is displayed vertically will not be displayed correctl
  y in DOORS. The characters in the text will have been shifted to
   display horizontally.
  
  To Reproduce
  - create a new module with a single object
  - copy the chart from the first worksheet in the attached xls fi
  le
  - paste into object text
  
  Note that the characters have been rotated. The same happens wit
  h Wordpad - the problem is the rich edit control.
  
  Possible Workarounds
  copy the picture from Excel and paste into a drawing application
   and save as a jpg. This bitmap image saves the text orientation
