*                      may occur when HPU is invoked to unload *
*                      a partition of a partitioned tablespace *
*                      while another partition is being loaded *
*                      by the DB2 load Utility. This can occur *
*                      when HPU needs to estimate the number   *
*                      of rows to process an ORDER BY or       *
*                      ORDER CLUSTER or when a TEMPLATE is     *
*                      used to allocate the output file.       *

The oestime module was changed so that only the partitions to
be unloaded are accessed.
