    IKJ56228I DATA SET DB2PROD.DSNDBD.DSNDB06.SYSDBASE.I0001.A005
    NOT IN CATALOG OR CATALOG CAN NOT BE ACCESSED.
    This can occur when all the LDS of SYSDBASE or other LDS of the
    DB2 Catalog do not have the same CISIZE.

    *                      CATALOG OR CATALOG CAN NOT BE ACCESSED  *
    *                      can occur when all the LDS of SYSDBASE  *
    *                      or other LDS of the DB2 Catalog do not  *
    *                      have the same CISIZE. For example if    *
    *                      the first LDS of SYSDBASE has a CISIZE  *
    *                      of 8 kB and the second LDS has a        *
    *                      CISIZE of 4 kB. The same error may also *
    *                      make DB2 HPU read the DB2 Catalog in    *
    *                      SQL mode instead of the requested       *
    *                      direct access. In such a case the       *
    *                      message INZU127W DIRECT ACCESS TO DB2   *
    *                      CATALOG FAILED: SWITCH TO SQL ACCESS is *
    *                      issued.                                 *

    The infdb2x2  module was changed so that the cisize is read each
    time a new LDS from the DB2 catalog is read.
