APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If multiple "Set-Cookie" headers are present on the response
  and they all have a certian attribute, some of the "Set-Cookie"
  headers will not have the attribute present when it reaches
  the client.

Problem conclusion

• The HTTP Channel cookie processing was changed so all cookies
  have the attribute
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 6.1.0.31.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
