Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS Change Management
  ADBCCME - Merge Version Files step fails return code 12 with
  a message:
  MERGE REPORT

  ADBCCME - Error(s) found. Please review output
  Unable to locate row to update when altering table
  ADBC002E - Severe error. Merge terminates
  when a RENAMECOL mask is used and a new column with the original
  renamed columns name is added.
