  This APAR is a forward fit for PM04417 and PM09985 of HPIC V4.1
  
  -PM04417
   IMS GLOBAL command support and a new optional parameters for
   TOIAUTO= keyword for the fifth operand:
     - GLOBAL
     - LOCAL
  
  -PM09985
   HPIC will check the DB status over again after /DBR or /DBD
   command is issued until the DB is stopped or the maximum time
   limit for response of /DBR or /DBD command.
  
   The maximum time limit and the check interval will be able to
   be controlled by the TOITIME= keyword.

• FABJTOI, FABJSTA, FABJMSGC, and FABJDBIM have been modified as
  follows:
  - IMS GLOBAL command is issued if GLOBAL is specified.
  - IMS GLOBAL command is issued even if the DBD or AREA is
    not registered when GLOBAL is specified.
  - IMS command is issued only if the authorization for DBD or
    AREA with ACCESS INTENT=EXCLUSIVE or UPDATE.
  - HPIC checks the DB status in DBRC until DB is stopped or the
    time limit for response.
  
  FABJMAIN has been modified to issue IMS command even if the DBD
  or AREA is not registered when GLOBAL is specified.
  
  FABJBLKD, FABJPARM, FABJTGEN, FABJGLRP and FABJSTMD have been
  modified to support the new operand GLOBAL for TOIAUTO keyword.
  
  FABJTOI2 has been reassembled.

  |   detail.
  | - /DBR GLOBAL, /DBD GLOBAL and /STA GLOBAL commands are issued
  |   even if the database data set or area are not registered to
  |   the DBRC.
  | - Even if /DBR GLOBAL or /DBD GLOBAL command fails, the
  |   process of Image copy is continued.
  | - If the GLOBAL and the LAST parameters are specified, LAST is

  | User Response: Manually issue the /START command for the
  | DBD or AREA. If the problem persists, contact IBM Software
  | Support, and provide the RC and RSN found in the message.
