Error description

• For combined CEX and LOG reporting the generated JCL misses the
  PARM='IMSPLEX=xxxx' parm from EXEC DD and JES2 Control
  Statements are not filled in.
  Parameters stored for use by the log selection job which calls
  the DBRC API are not being set from the Group Definition.

Problem conclusion

• Correct JCL generation to set parameters from the Group
