PM10127: APOSTROPHE (QUOTES) IN PROFILE DESCRIPTION DOESN'T WORK IN BATCH BUILD.

Error description

• When a description is added to the job profile that includes a
  apostrophe (single quote) , the batch build  fails with the
  error:
  "A token value was found that was not part of the command set.
  The value of the invalid token is: S "
  This APAR allows the use of the apostrophe in the description of
  a profile but disallows the use of  an apostrophe in the profile
  name.
  
    NOTE: This APAR does not remove the restriction on
          apostrophes (single quotes) in
          Disaster Recovery Profile names.
