Error description

• HPIC checks DB authorization status in DBRC record. HPIC do DBRC
  check over again until DB is stopped. The maximum time limit for
  response of /DBR and check interval are controlled by TOITIME=.

  With this APAR, HPIC will check the DB status over again after
  /DBR or /DBD command is issued until the DB is stopped or the
  maximum time limit for response of /DBR or /DBD command.
  
  The maximum time limit and the check interval will be able to be
  controlled by the TOITIME= keyword.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJTOI and FABJDBIM have been modified to check the DB status
  in DBRC until DB is stopped or the time limit for response.
  
  FABJSTA has been reassembled.
