PM09931: IQCSELCT IS SELECTING RECORDS FOR TERMINALS THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE INCLUDE STATEMENTS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IQCSELCT is selecting records for terminals that are not
  included in the INCLUDE statements.  This is not happening
  with the QCF 210 release.
  .
  The problem is that the INCLUDE block has been increased in
  QCF310, witout an increase of the block storage to handle the
  includes. This shows only if there are more than 273 INCLUDE or
  EXCLUDE statements.

  *                      programs have been fixed to calculate   *
  *                      the number of INCLUDE or EXCLUDE areas  *
  *                      based on the block of storage and the   *
  *                      actual length of a single area.         *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The actual number of INCLUDE or EXCLUDE areas in a single block
  of memory is now calculated correct.
  

Problem conclusion

• Install the fix to have the correct numbers and correct
  selection.
