Error description

  • QCF is leaving residual storage in CSA / ECSA after an IMS
shutdown and restart. Storage being consumed shows eyecatcher:

*                      left in CSA every time IMS is closed    *
*                      and NRE started.                        *

QCF didn't release certain cell pools
before IMS shuts down.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • RESMGR routine should be added to
reclaim unreleased cell pool when IMS
shuts down.
