PM09685: RCR manu installscript for oracle and SQL database does not work properly

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During install RCR, when choose to install RCR manually using or
  acle or SQL db, the install script does not work properly, after
   install, the dataMovementTasks does not show up under the publi
  c folder, and the additional datasource connection (for example,
   clearcase, clearquest, reqpro)shows up under the datasource con
  nections, and the RIDW(ETL) and RQM(ETL) are missing.
  This is observed with  both Oracle and SQL db,  Not sure about D
  B2.
  
  The auto install script works properly.
  The similar customer's problems were resolved by insight dev in
  the past, but never got confirmed that this is defect on the ins
  tall script..

Problem conclusion

• The database crtaion scripts have been corrected.  The data
  shource connections will be done in post-install
  configuration.
