Error description

• Statistics collector ANLCAT31 generates incorrect DML when
  long creator or table names are specified:
  1) Comment lines with continuing creator.table name does not
     begin with '--'
  2) Long creator or table names in the DML statements
     incorrectly extend to column 80 of the record.
  3) ANLPCOL2 specifying long creator and table names generates
     error msg IKJ56545I THIS STATEMENT HAS AN INVALID &SUBSTR
     RANGE OR EXIT CODE EXPRESSION
