Error description

• 1.  ANLPPKGE - SQLCODE -206 received when issuing dynamic
  Explain on a package with SQL statements using quotation marks
  for delimiting literal strings. ( quote quotes )  Explain on the
  same package runs successfully using apostrophes.
  2.  ANLPPKGE - SQLCODE -418 received when issuing dynamic
  Explain on a package which contains SQL statements using a
  scalar function on a host variable.
