  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR includes new functions of HP  *
  *                      Image Copy V4R2 that are not included   *
  *                      in HPIC V4R2 GA driver.                 *
  *                                                              *
  *                      This APAR also includes fixes for       *
  *                      following problems found in V4R2 GA     *
  *                      code.                                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR must be applied to use new functions introduced in HP
  Image Copy V4R2.
  
  This APAR also includes fixes for following problems:
  
  - Two problems in the Image Copy Dump Process report
    - The report is not generated when the I/O error is detected
      in either the primary or the secondary image copy process
      and HP Image Copy continues the process.
      By this APAR, HP Image Copy generates the report
      in the case of above.
    - The information of the compression is incorrect for the
      Image Copy function when the IDRC feature is active on the
      tape device. By this APAR, 'COMPRESSED BY IDRC' is to be
      reported in the case of above.
  
  - HP Image Copy starts the database too late when all
    of the following conditions are satisfied:
    - The Checkpoint Restart function is active.
    - The ICEIN keyword FASTIC=(,COPY|DUMP|FDUMP) is specified.
    - The HALDB partition database consists of multiple database
      data sets.
    - Some of the image copy processes fail.
  
    Prior to this APAR, HP Image Copy started the partition
    database at the end of image copy job step.
    By this APAR, HP Image Copy starts the database at the end of
    image copy process of the partition database.
