PM08854: EXD-ERR-1011 ERROR WHEN DRAGGING METRICS SCORECARDS INTO DASHBOARD 8.4 FP1

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Client is getting an EXD-ERR-1011 error when dragging metrics
  into their dashboard. Reports, list objects, etc . . . render
  without issue in a dashboard.
  
  We used FF to navigate the dashboard feeds and when we clicked
  on "metrics from within a metrics package, the following error
  is generated.
