Error description

• Friendly URLs did lose the query parameters upon redirects. This
  APAR changes portal code so that query parameters are now
  maintained across redirects when generated on friendly URLs.
  
  Identify this problem by enabling com.ibm.wps.engine.*=all
  tracing, recreating the problem, and observing the URL
  processing from the original request "doGet >>" through the
  final redirect "sendRedirectNow Finally redirecting to".
