Error description

Description: if virtual member manager (VMM) realm delimiter is
@, when login with mail address also contains @, VMM login may
be failed with exception CWWIM4536E.
The quick fix is replacing realm delimiter @ with /.

Local fix

The quick fix is replacing VMM realm delimiter @ with / in
wimconfig.xml.

Problem summary

If VMM realm delimiter is '@', when login with mail address
also contains '@', VMM login may be failed with exception
CWWIM4536E - The principal name is missing or empty.

The quick fix is replacing realm delimiter @ with / in
wimconfig.xml.

Problem conclusion

The problem has been fixed, login with mail address when realm
delimiter '@' won't thrown exception.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.33 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
