Problem conclusion

• For attributeTest, the original code checks whether the
  TypeName operand is an xs:anySimpleType, if not it throws an
  error. This behavior is wrong.
  
  The fix changed the code to allow the TypeName operand of
  attributeTest to be xs:anyType.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.3. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
