  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IMS Database Recovery Facility  *
  *                 who use HISAM databases and request that     *
  *                 secondary indexes be rebuilt by IMS Index    *
  *                 Builder.  Also all users who specify         *
  *                 BLD_SECONDARY(ALL) to have all secondary     *
  *                 indexes rebuilt.                             *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a HISAM database is recovered and  *
  *                      IMS Index Builder is requested to       *
  *                      rebuild the secondary index, using      *
  *                      BLD_SECONDARY, the first, or only       *
  *                      secondary index is not rebuilt.  Also,  *
  *                      for other database types, when          *
  *                      specifying BLD_SECONDARY(ALL), some     *
  *                      indexes may no be rebuilt.              *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When BLD_SECONDARY was specified for a HISAM database, the
  first, or only secondary index associated with the database is
  skipped because the code was assuming it was a primary index.
  Also, when BLD_SECONDARY(ALL) was specified, not all secondary
  indexes are correctly processed and some may be skipped.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to correctly process HISAM databases and
  all secondary indexes when BLD_SECONDARY is specified.
