Error description

• Issues with importing 6.0.1 templates:
  - Only template title used (template description dropped) when
  importing
  template xml (template zip works fine)
  - the code takes the template guid as the title but not the
  title from
  the app-info section
  - the found title is stored for all locales that portal support
  oob, so
  an english title might gets stored for hebrew and get rendered
  right to
  left

Problem summary

• Issues with importing 6.0.1 templates: - Only template title

  out-of-the-box, so an English title might gets stored for Hebrew
  and get rendered right to left.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed application component to handle titles/descriptions from
  601 templates:
  
       - support appinfo element to obtain localized data like
  titles and description
       - support fallback to template guid
       - if zip contains no properties files then get
  title/description from template.xml
