Error description

  • This issue is found during restoring of an archive from one
    Quickr server to another Quickr server while the servers are
    using different LDAP. As a result, the restored place owner
    is missing on the target server and the applications feed
    fails to load.

    Quickr server to another Quickr server while the servers are
    using different LDAP. As a result, the restored place owner is
    missing on the target server and the applications feed fails to
    load.
    

Problem conclusion

  • If a restore is made and the owner of the application does
    not exist anymore the user that runs the restore is set as new
    owner.
