PM07521: VIDSETUP ALLOWS A MAXIMUM OF 20 CHARACTERS FOR CICS VT ISPF QUALIFIER

Error description

• When you run VIDSETUP, the CICS VSAM Transparency installation
  tailoring application runs the customization program VIDINST.
  The third ISPF panel of the installation tailoring panels
  ( VIDINS03 ) allows you to specify the CICS VT ISPF qualifier.
  This value currently can be a maximum of 20 characters.
  This APAR will alter CICS VT to allow for naming conventions
  for a longer CICS VT ISPF qualifier prefix.
