  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR addresses the following       *
  *                      problems:                               *
  *                      1. TDS/z did not fully support          *
  *                      specifying a DB2 plan name other than   *
  *                      DRLPLAN. In particular the online       *
  *                      component of the product did not        *
  *                      support specifying an alternative plan  *
  *                      name.                                   *
  *                      2. When the "Show TDS environment data" *
  *                      field on the dialog parameters panel    *
  *                      (DRLDASYP) was altered and the TDS ISPF *
  *                      interface was restarted, the value      *
  *                      reverted to what was specified in       *
  *                      DRLFPROF, even if the RESET option was  *
  *                      not used.                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *

  1. Although the underlying code supports the specification of a
  DB2 plan name and this can be exploited in batch by specifying
  the PLAN parameter to the collector program (for example), the
  online profile (DRLFPROF) did not provide a similar means of
  specifying a plan name, and the REXX programs implementing the
  online component of the product did not provide a means for
  propagating a plan name to where it could be passed to the
  underlying code (typically the TDS REXX/SQL interface DRL1SQLX).
  2. DRLFPROF was not processed correctly for the (def_)drlshwid
  keyword.

• 1. A plan name other than DRLPLAN can now be specified in the
  DRLFPROF data set using the def_db2plan keyword, and this plan
  name will then be used in place of the default (DRLPLAN)
  throughout the online component of the product. JCL generated by
  the online component will also include the plan name as a
  parameter to any invoked programs that require it. Details of
  these changes can be found in the HOLDDOC.
  2. The DRLFPROF keyword for controlling the display of TDS
  environment information on the main TDS panels has been changed
  from drlshwid to def_drlshwid for consistency with other
  keywords, and the code had been changed to ensure the ISPF
  profile value is used in place of the DRLFPROF value unless
  the RESET parameter is specified. The name of the DRLDASYP panel
  field where the value is specified has been changed from
  "Show TDS environment data" to "Tivoli Decision Support for zOS
  environment data" to more accurately describe the data that is
  displayed.
