Error description

• The following statistics and thread counters are being made
  available for TEP users: DML, DCL, and DDL. In addition,
  situations to manage CONDBAT thresholds and available active
  logs are added via this APAR

         workspace
      4. Add attributes  CONDBAT ,  DBAT Connections ,  DBAT
         Utilization ,
      and  DBAT Connection HWM  to Subsystem Management workspace.
      5. Add a situation on Percent Log Available
      6. Add a situation on DBAT connection approaching CONDBAT
      7. Add attribute  Cancel Command  to thread summary
         workspaces as follows:
         - Thread Activity by Plan
         - All Threads Connected to DB2
         - CICS Thread Summary
         - Distributed Allied Thread Summary
         - Distributed Database Access Threads
         - Enclave Thread Summary
         - IMS Thread Summary
