  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR is an enhancement to Policy   *
  *                      Services, that replaces the             *
  *                      Notification List support which         *
  *                      requires that the user destination(s)   *
  *                      information be defined in each          *
  *                      notification list.                      *

  This APAR is an enhancement to Policy Services, that replaces
  the Notification List support which requires that the user
  destination(s) information be defined in each notification list.
  The new architecture includes replacing the Notification List
  support and adding Directory Entry support. This new support
  allows the customer to define the user destination information
  once in a user Directory Entry. Then defining a Notification
  List that contains the short name specified in the Directory
  Entries and the delivery types to be used. This allows for a
  single user destination information definition and the simple
  use of a short name and delivery types for a directory entry
  to be specified in the Notification List.

• CRITICAL NOTICE THAT MUST BE READ THAT IS RELATED TO THIS APAR:
  If Notification Lists are built without this APAR and it's
  co-reqs being applied, those Notification Lists must be deleted
  prior to applying this APAR and it's co-reqs. If Notification
  Lists are created prior to applying this APAR and it's co-reqs
  and the Notification Lists  are not deleted, they will not be
  usable and will not be able to be deleted, and a new
  maintenance environment from a prior Operation Environment
  that contain those Notification Lists will not be able to be
  created.
